Worst app ever not taking payments from anything paytm debit card credit card anything. Didn't expected this from uber. The worst food experience that cant be replaced with anything.
It's not even close to accurate. They say go outside and wait but their estimates are never even close. Worst app Update: We ordered some food from a place thats not super far away from our house. The app said it would be delivered under 30 minutes and we were excited to try it before we went out. The restaurant took 40 minutes to prepare the food. I had to call uber eats to see why its taking so long, and they said on "their dashboard" the delivery guy already picked up the food (So already their app doesn't represent whats actually is happening with your order) Then the driver took an hour to go .5 miles on a bike. When he showed up, he looked like a homeless person and our food was in a plastic bag just hanging from his handle bars. Uber Eats makes no effort to do any sort of background checks or making sure delivery people are at least somewhat competent. Because the food took so long to get delivered, and the guy looked so shady we didnt feel safe to eat the food. I also wanted to 1 star the delivery guy, but he didn't complete the order. I asked for a refund and the best they could do was half off. Terrible app
Simple, easy and quick - everything I wanted to order food.
Firstly, the Under 25 minutes category is a total lie. Uber just readjusts the time of delivery every 5 minutes. It's ALWAYS 35-40 minutes till I get my order. It's not a lot of time but don't say you can deliver in a certain amount of time if you can't. Secondly, why have a deliver to door option if the drivers rarely deliver to the door. I've had to cross the street to go get my order a few times. Again, I don't mind doing it, I order GrubHub all the time where there's no delivery to door. But why do you falsey advertise something you can't and don't guarantee. you guys are blatantly lying to your customers.. Follow through with the services you claim to offer
Uber guys are just trying to bite into a business they don't know how to handle. Very poor costumer support. It's crazy how they answer the reported missing item in the order. They wrote. " We r sorry to hear that ur order was incomplete. Happy to help. We have noted down ur valuable feedback and are continuously working to make ur uber eats experience better". Really..... Where's my money???
