the parking for councils, don't have notifications of your parking duration... it even don't have notifications bar... pls fix this... we can't just open the app just looking at the count down always..update, seriously this app need a notification feature countdown like the previous borneo parking app, people tends to forget to look at the app while parking. better yet, feature alarm if necessary

The new parking system needs to be refine more before release especially for season parking which was previously purchased with BorneoKchPark. As of today, I'm not able to purchase season parking due to the maximum limit of users for my location. Kindly fix this issue soonest possible otherwise people working in that area have to park near the roadside or double park which might cause traffic difficulty.

calling the help desk to get assistance on how to transfer the credit balance from the apps on my old phone. apparently the help desk itself doesn't understand how the app works. no user profile on logging in and out provided during 1st time setup. what really pisses me off, once you uninstall the old apps...all the credit balance in the apps are forfeited.
