Recent update is terrible. 1. The prepaid credit can no longer be used because the only option available now is Spay. Can't even request for refund. They basically took your money and run with it. 2. The popup upon opening the app just won't go away. 3. The feature to remember the last used car plat number is no longer available. Now, we have to type our car plate number every single time we want to pay for parking. So inconvenient. The app used to be very good without all these issues.

If there's an option for -5 star, i would select that. Everytime i try to open the app, it would either load for eternity or wouldn't even load. Sometimes if I'm lucky and i get to open it, the main page is always blank! 😡 There's like 2% chance i get to see all of the options on the main page.

Trash app. Lots of bugs and issues. Cant even make payment smoothly. Everytime try to make payment will say "order aquisition failed" and have to try second time. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Now my srwk pay cant top up anymore i dnt know why so I try to use pay n go credit. Wont even let me register an account to use the credit! Another error popped up when I try to sign up for credit! You dominate every shopping mall with your payment system but ur app is garbage! They shouldn't use ur services anymore!
