A very negative experience. Some functionality on the website changed the departure date of my flight without notifying me. Eventually I realised that the booking was for a wrong date. Tried to get the customer service, and after a while they responded with a statement that there was no error. And the date cannot be changed due to proximity even though the booking was made same day. At this moment I am disputing the payment and will be reporting the website. Please avoid.

A very disappointing experience.I realised the dates that I have booked changed without any prior notifications.And I upated the app as an attempt to solve the problem.But worse still,in the updated version,all the upcoming flights that I have booked and paid disappeared.I really need them to issue a refund for all the affected flights or at least get back to my original itinerary.

I recently bought a ticket from this website, based on the link provided by Google Flights. Then within the 24 hour of purchasing, I tried to cancel and get a refund. All my attempts from the website got rejected. Then I tried calling the customer service! There is no way you can talk to anyone! Do not buy anything from this website. You will regret it forever! Btw, one star is too much for the service they provide!
