Guide for remotely supporting others:
1. Install and launch AweSun on both devices.
2. Enter device ID and grant access to connect remotely.

Guide for remotely accessing own devices:
1. Install and launch AweSun on both devices.
2. Log in to the same account on both devices.
3. Add the device in the Device List to start the remote control.

AweSun in-app subscriptions will be charged to Google Account. It will automatically renew within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period unless you turn off the auto-renewal.
After purchase, go to your Google account settings to manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal. You are not allowed to cancel a subscription during the active subscription period.

Ratings and reviews

Like many, I'm here due to Teamviewer's Commercial Use Detected issue. The only issue with Awesun is that the client doesn't respond to remote requests and tells me the computer is offline. 7/11/24 - No dice. The only way I can reconnect to my Windows computer from my phone is to log in, open the client and reconnect. The partner ID always changes. I'd have to stay locked and never reboot or log off. Didn't see a way to keep the same Partner ID..

This app just straight up stopped working most of the time. Every time I try to log in it just says login failed and when I go to look at the website or try to reset my password it won't even load. Sometimes it works but most of the time they just doesn't. It's a shame, because it had been a pretty good app before that.

Coming from TeamViewer and I gotta say, this is so much better. It's secure, but without all the overbearing popups that get in the way of basic operation. I stumbled upon this app by happenstance while looking for a new phone. AweSun happened to sponsor a video by TechLine and I'm so happy they did. I'd been looking for a new remote desktop app for awhile. I've been through Splashtop, Parsec, TeamViewer, VNCViewer, Chrome Remote Desktop, and this is the ONLY one that checks all my boxes.
