I experience much inconveniences when using boc app when compare to other banks. As example, yesterday(2024.10.11) I did an online payement using my boc debit card. It took about 2 hours to get updated the app(even to receive the text message) and also in your system, transaction date shows as 2024.10.14.Your system is in the future. I really disappointed with these system inconveniences.

The BOC SmartPay app frequently stops working at critical moments when payment is required. This has caused major inconveniences, especially when trying to complete important transactions. Despite efforts to troubleshoot, the problem persists. The app needs urgent fixes to improve reliability, as it's currently very frustrating to use.

This app is useful but it doesn't work at night time payment. so many times i use this app at night time payment but it wasn't work successfully. The amount was debited but that money wasn't send at that time... it's a very big problem.
