I've had a subscription for years, I went to cancel before it renewed and was offered a discount subscription. I accepted it but was charged the full price anyway. It was a whole ordeal (and 4 day process) to find out that my refund was approved, minus almost $5 because they wouldn't give a refund for the four days it to took them to make a decision. 🙄

This app has proved to be the definition of "you get what you pay for" I subscribed with a discount offer and have had issues with shows not auto-playing the next episode. I could not find a setting in any of the menus to adjust this, so I reached out to tech support. After 40 minutes, all I got were 2 pathways in different settings categories that had no autoplay options, then I was asked if I could "use the app without casting", then I was told there are no settings adjustments for auto-play.

The app takes forever to load. When it does all the content images are missing. The app closes and fails more consistently than it works. I can't believe I pay for this service. I think I'm gonna have to cancel if you can't at least get the streaming app to work properly. What's the point in having this? I am realizing that I always try to open stars and find my favorite shows and movies, but then get annoyed and end app going to a different streaming service. Don't waste your time on this app
