Most useless app ever. Thought the Biz Channel website was bad enough until I downloaded this. Its only for the most basic things like viewing your balance or approving pending transactions. Everything else is a pain. Prompts you to complete 'Fill out mandatory fields' but doesn't indicate where - even after all fields have been filled accordingly. Extremely not user friendly. With all the other rival banks out there to compare to, seriously is this the best CIMB can offer to business owners?

Such a bad App.. Can't see who transferred the payment via mobile banking app and also no notifications received if we receive incoming funds. Everytime must login to the browser to check the the transferring persons name. Extremely worst app. Not user friendly. You can't be expecting to login everytome to browser to check the transferring persons name. Kindly upgrade your app. It's too outdated.

i advise all don't ever open your business account with CIMB. worst apps ever use. so unfriendly. Same unfriendliness for their BizChannel website. even need to just show listing of recent transactions takes 4 steps. how inefficient this had cause to our business.
