Has improved tremendously over recent years such that features e.g. payments, product applications, transactions, dashboard is now much more user friendly

app keeps saying no internet connection while i can login and out. as such unable to setup digital token. Situation made more frustrating when the human operator wants to insist to do something while the address cannot be updated in the app
