I rarely wrote a review but since the app constantly crashes, i feel compelled to write a review. As mentioned, the app constantly crashes. Cimb should put for more funds on their tech team and get their team working around the clock to fix this. The mobile app is unusable to me at this time. A bank shouldnt have downtime on their mobile app this often and long (look at the review)

Step 1: Login to CIMB Clicks Web https://www.cimbclicks.com.my/ Step 2: You can find the mailbox at the top right corner next to the logout button.

worse app for online payment. Whenever you want to use Secure TAC, you have to wait for the app to load, which takes so long, then you have to wait another 10 seconds for you to use the approve button, which then you also have to use fingerprint. By then time you had to go back to the payment site, their TAC already expired. Other thing it also never shows your actual balance like any other bank app. There's no way to see future deduct, no proper transaction details, just a lazy dev.

It takes 12 hours to try and activate my account, during this time I'm locked out of doing any transaction. Also, why the secure tag now is so inconvenient compared to previously. I need to wait 10 second to click approve, then I need to key in my password to confirm.
