Personally I've had a lot of crashes and issues with the app. It can hang anytime it likes. It has had more bad days than good days in my experience. Terrible and very difficult to get most things done. Actually considering to switch to another bank because of this. If users cannot use their service properly, what's the point of the service?? I used to like the cimb clicks app, but because of the frequent issues, I'm mostly using browser for online banking purposes now.

Its ok but needs improvement. No need for animations when opening the app, its just laggy and the animation is blurry. Nothing fancy. Improve on stability and smooth operation of the app, make it simple and easy to use. Improve on loading time for quick transactions and operations. CIMB CLICKS was the best and smoothest banking app i used so far, so take example. After that, i will come back and give a 5 star. Thanks

This app crashes all the time. When I just open the app, it will freeze at the screen. Unable to click at any icon. I've been waiting for a very long time for the Secure Tap & it doesn't appear. It will only appears after a few hours. It's incredibly frustrating as I'm unable to perform any transaction. The old cimb click apps is far more better than this cimb octo. Kindly fix this issue soon. Thanks.
