Ratings and reviews

So far it's been simple to purchase coin. But for whqt ever reason, adter a deposit and a clear show of cash I for some reason get shown that I do not have any cash at all. So I have to keep relogging back in. Still able to place a limit buy order but it takes a few re loggins for the app to see I got cash in the account. Still able to withdraw those coins to a wallet after aswell. Just real frustrating having to log back in to see an error message

Log in issues, money transfer issues right from the start. Unfortunately, they are merging with the exchange I have been using that provided pricey but good service. Cannot recommend.

Not been able to withdraw any of my fund. I understand if there is any hold or anything. but app is showing that CAD withdrawals are disabled without giving any information. Moreover, I tried to send multiple emails to their support team but they never contact back. The app just send automated reply. Will change my rating if they provide me support required.
