I have been playing this game for years and liked it the best of all games I play. Recently, after we got our new phones, I lost the app and all accumulated levels. Downloaded it again but had to start at level 1. Today, when I began a game, I found I can't get beyond a "crystal" popup that freezes the game. I am beyond frustrated. Can you get rid of the crystal notification overlay, or shall I just forget about this game?

I have loved this app for years though I have had some problems with it. But now I'm considering uninstalling the app altogether. When it gives you the option for the 30-second video, whether it's for extra points or extra moves in the game play, more often than not it plays the entire 30-second video and then says "we had trouble retrieving your video please try again". Sometimes it does it 3 or 4 times in a row. But you still have to watch the entire video before it tells you that

I like this game. The graphics are nice. But the levels are so hard to beat. I'm not sure how this is a kids game because as an adult it's frustrating. Most of the levels take me 5-10 tries and some even more before i pass them. The hard levels have taken me days to pass them. you have to keep buying more moves if you want to make any progression.
