Does an alright job but I don't know that it's worth paying for. When I try swapping part of a recommended meal, it doesn't make it easy to pick a replacement that fits my macro goal. That takes a lot of clicking around for answers. Also would have liked it if they broke down where my macros were coming from without more clicking around.

If you truly want to set up meal plans and calorie tracking on autopilot, this is a perfect app. I highly suggest the yearly subscription. I'm my case, subscribing for a year motivates me to use it for my goals. Currently, I am using it to hit calorie deficit goals to lose weight. There are modes for maintaining weight and muscle growth too. So you can use this app how you want to use it. Set your goals. Choose your calories. And off you go.

This app is really useful for indecisive people like me, I never know what to eat, so i always go for unhealthy foods but this app is very nice because it chooses a meal for you everyday you can choose which meals of the day you have and which ones you don't for example if I wouldn't like to have breakfast one day I could remove that from the plan and if you don't like them you know they chose for you there are lists Alternatives that you can choose they always say the amount of calories used
