30-day Challenges
Our 30-day challenges will guide you to your goal in 4 weeks and offer 3 different difficulty levels. The workouts are getting slightly harder every day so by the end of the challenge, you will be able to start a new challenge with a higher difficulty level.

Workouts
Besides 30-day challenges, we offer standalone workouts. Simply select the workout you want and the desired duration (from 5 to 6 minutes). Also, select from 6 different difficulty levels (from beginner to expert).

Some for free , some for pay. My favorite thing is its not subscription. They have 1 - time pay! Im so tired of subscriptions. So far this is my first time using the app. Worth a shot. Different exercises. I currently use 5 apps. This one is good. I wish they had some for restricted usage, like when at work, or in bed, or can't lay down, or can't stand up (all sitting/standing/laying exercises)

Only reason Im not giving it a 5 is just because I think some of the demonstrations would be confusing to someone new to working out. My first few excercises I didnt know if I was doing reps or holding a position. But other than that, its REALLY customizabke and if you're going for something quick and easy they have 5 minute workouts that help strengthen and dont wear you out. And EVERYONE has 5 minutes at some point in the day. And you wont be left sweating! 😄

Updated Review: the issue with restarting the monthly challenge has been resolved meaning I upgraded my review from 4 to 5 stars. This app does what it's supposed to with no promises of insane growth. You gotta put in the effort and challenge yourself and you will feel the changes in no time. Especially with these often underworked muscles.
