Needs improvement. The ikea family option in settings section needs to be removed, since the app does not allow you to associate your Ikea family account with your main account and thus not benefit from Ikea family advantages while buying online (When you enter your correct ikea family phone number it returns the error "Cannot fetch IKEA Family card for this mobile Number"). Unlike ikeas in othe countries, shame.

There isn't any real online customer service with this app (they make you wait days to respond, which so annoying), the app/website is very messed up, the prices are too high, no promotional codes provided and I can't use my IKEA Family Card. The online buyable items are still not buyable at the checkout. It is a total mess, and I'll make sure this would be the last time I buy anything from Ikea. I won't recommand it.

Very bad experience, the website has better filtering options and the product keeps loading forever, thanks for trying.
