I really like the longevity of this camera. Prior to this, I went through three baby monitors. There is little delay on the speaking function, but overall a good product. I especially liked the landscape view. But all of a sudden when I try to view landscape, I get the entire screen from the portrait mode, including the menu buttons on the bottom. It looks like a screenshot of portrait mode in the middle of a landscape mode - very small. There's a button but it makes the app crash. Not happy.

Can we please get an update for bug fixes? Update: Camera Notifications not working when we click on them. So I go to the app on my own and then it says I have no alerts, but when I look at the live view of my cameras, it shows something happened at that time. Fix, please. Why is it that we have to come here and ask for updates? The app is buggy and I have 2 cameras with you all that have issues loading all the time. God forbid I have an actual situation where I NEED the app to work.

Such potential 😢. Tried to contact creator of this app, but they do not respond. Cannot view alert videos. Paid for cloud storage for absolutely nothing. Alerts me if alerts, but when I try to view video of those alerts, it states no video. So why push purchasing of cloud, when it is absolutely useless and a waste of money 😒. You would think they would at least respond to emails when sent to them. I have other brands of cameras that use different software apps and they work perfectly... 😒.
