Ratings and reviews

The overall sound quality is surprisingly good. The ability to adjust the equalization is a very welcome feature which does make a considerable difference. I'm also impressed with the active noise cancellation. It really works. And, they pods fit very well in the ear for me. Some pods get uncomfortable and irritating after a while but that's not happening with these.

The Find my Jabra App is pretty useless. Even after all settings on my phone are optimized. I tried every meaningful way that's possible with their four buttons to make my device traceable. I love the Jabra T75, but, unfortunately, the main reason to have a smart device & tracking function is, again a useless aspect of their technology. The Jabra app is supposed to have a locate by sound, which it did have two months ago. The access to that feature no longer shows up under the "find my Jabra"

Unable to find hearing test needed due to hearing loss from working around jets in the US Air Force. It was difficult to get support. Only through FB was I able to get answer. Support says the hearing feature is/was available on the elite 75t (which I also own) but not on the elite 10 Gen 2. I don't understand this. This should be a software item and not a hardware item. I like what the app will do. I don't like what the app doesn't do anymore. I can't find the feature on the elite 75t now.
