You try to use charge card "on-line" or through the "app" only to get "There has been an error processing your credit card" or "Error The system is currently unavailable" so you have to call them. To deposit funds to an account, on-line it's $7.95 process fee but it is $9.95 if you talk to someone. They say they can't credit or lower the process fee. Why should I have to pay more when the error is Access Corrections, not I. Be warned if anyone plans to send a person locked up.

The website used to give me problems, a few things were fixed however. For instance, there had to be dashes in the card number, the expiration date of the card had to be the full year (ex: 10/2026, not 10/26), and you had to select either Mastercard or Visa. These issues have been fixed with the new update in the app and website, so if you previously had a problem, you may find that the problem has been fixed. Your card should have a registered address (no prepaids). I think that's it! :)

Frustrating. Select the secureMail option 1st then log in. Do not pay for plans, do not pay to print or scan replies - you are just giving them $ and they do not tell you if an option is not possible so you lose the money. I appreciate that this is an option but it is archaic and frustrating to use. Make sure photos are 4x3. Share credits with the inmates. After an update, check share settings, they switch to NO. It's just one more way to make money off families of incarcerated individuals.
