Dear Kenangan App Support, I topped up RM 10 via FPX, and while my bank shows the amount deducted, your app shows the payment failed. However, the Kenangan Pay History states "Top-up by FPX," but the RM 10 hasn't been added to my wallet. Please resolve this issue and refund or credit the amount to my wallet as soon as possible. Love Kenangan Coffee! The app performance needs to be improved though. It's often painfully slow to load pages or do an action. Sometimes I've to go back and try again since it loading takes way too long. Please have your engineers look into the API performance. It's not my internet issue.

The apps seems dumb as always lost connection. I spend 15 minutes and more just to order but nothing to be completed. Walk out with frustration. It is not just today but everytime I want to order using apps.
