Most banking apps provide the facility to download a snapshot of transactions over a selected period... not this one!!! Not sure how long I'll be prepared to put up with this oversight. Come on app developers!!! This should be easy/quick to remedy!! Can't do it on the web-based facility either. Gross oversight. Would be great if I could get some sense that the developers were listening and had some plans to bring the App/service up to the standard of the competition.

Latitude are a bunch of dishonest thieves. They are happy to allocate payments of monthly purchases to interest free promotional purchases instead of the month to month charges they need to go against. This causes those charges to become overdue so they can slug you with interest and overdue charges. Customer support are clueless and can't understand what the problem is. Find a better provider than these thieves.

I personally find it quite predatory that if you set up direct debits and you manually debit from your bank account. They decide to take 2 to 3 days before they take the money out. It should be instantaneously or pending at least. Most likely hoping that they can charge a missed transaction fee. Have to pay via BPAY through my bank app for the money to go instantly. However slugs with a $1.50 fee despite now paying $10.95 a month. I feel like you could eat that cost. Credit history keeps me open
