This is exactly what I needed to get back into training my core. I am on day 10 and I can already see and feel the difference of strength. I'm pretty impressed with this free app. If you are familiar with planks and let it slide for a couple years this is the best app to use to get back into it without stressing yourself out. The only one that sees your progress is you unless you want to share it with others.

This is exactly what I was looking for to ease my way back into exercising after Covid. You can restart the process if you feel you are not ready to increase your time. To do the same day's exercise more than once, stop when you have a some time left. Use your back arrow, and the day is marked as not done. This s a very simple program. It is perfect for my current needs.

I hate things on my phone that pester. particularly an app that I'm trying out. I used this app for the first time today for a thirty-second session. Happy with the app & my workout. Then a pop-up asks me to rate the app. No way to remove it other than shut down the app. Reopen it and there's the pop-up again. I can't do anything else unless I provide a rating or delay it until later. Irritating beyond belief. Any app pestering me within minutes on day one has no place on my phone. Uninstalled.
