Simple and to the point. People complain it is slow because they are lazy and don't do a squat correctly. Anyone with common sense know it is about doing it correctly and breathing, instead of doing as many as you can as quickly as possible. It isn't held long like yoga but about 5 seconds so you have time to lower yourself slowly and squeeze on the way up. I like there is an animated figure doing the pose with you so it isn't rushed. Other apps I have used are just a timer only

This is really challenging and effective, although it reaaaally needs break days. Doing that level of exercise with no breaks for 30 days is not good for muscle growth or your knees. If you decided to use this app, take a break day every 3 days at least.

Not very good. Now, is the slow rate at which these squats move forward supposed to be that slow or is that a mistake? Each squat seems to take a very long time before it counts up. This app has one job and it doesn't seem to do that particularly well.
