INDUSIND Bank presents IndusPay its Unified Payments Interface(UPI) application that can be used by both INDUSIND and Non-INDUSIND customers.
Unified Payments Interface (UPI) is a payments system by NPCI which enables all bank account holders (of banks participating in UPI) to send and receive money using their smartphones with a single identifier Virtual Payment Address (VPA). Now there is no need to remember beneficiary details like Account number, IFSC Code etc.
A Virtual Payment Address (VPA) is a unique identifier for e.g. yourname@indus which can be linked to account of any bank which is enabled on UPI. Once the account is linked you can generate your UPI PIN using debit card details linked to the account and start quoting your Virtual Payment Address (VPA) instead of quoting your account number and IFSC Code

Pathetic experience. Don't know what has gone wrong with this App recently. Not able to approve IPO mandate request. It is simply failing inspite of entering the Correct PIN and all the other details. After being frustrated and re-installing the App it's not even let me register again. I selected the option for Consume but it is giving me a merchant error. INDUSIND needs to hire better developers and software testers

Very bad. I tried to make one payment on 21st Jul 24 and it didn't go through.so I tried again and it was successful but my account was debited twice and in bhim app it is showing as pending.i made complaint with bhim and resolution date was given but the date has passed with no resolution. There is no help line number .If so something could be done

It's very surprising to see a private bank not able to resolve a simple issue of communication error for the app. Your bank is the only bank which has this problem. Very poor, I am already looking to change my bank for this casual attitude. Apparently no one from your management team is interested to look into the s just check your reviews.
