They raised the price to add money to the app to 4.5% per e-transfer, which is absurdly high. That was a very greedy decision made by the people running this app that just feels gross. Also, the fact that actually just receiving the money to your account from e-transfers takes longer than any other bank or app I've ever used, and now trying to send money from the app takes several hours. So I'm not sure what the stupidly high fees are even doing for the app. Basically irrelevant and useless now.

Serious bugs in app that keep reverting to requiring verification even though I have provided and had verification and previously used the app. [edit] Support replied to my review and fixed the issue and it has now done it again. How can you seriously use an app that constantly asks you to provide photo ID and proof of utility bills? Edit. Still doing this in 2024, three years after posting the original review.

Not sure what all the fuss is about. Down loaded the app. Job done. Added money . Job done. Ordered the ring and paid the delivery charge taken from the balance on the app. Job done. Ring came , linked to app. tried the NFC linkage not sure it work so linked via the code sent with ring . Job done .While I was at it , verified myself via driving licence and proof of address, to enable me to use the virtual card. Job done and approved. Went shopping, use the ring to pay, Job done.
