UPDATE: customer service is really kind, but it takes a little long to get help -- at least, if you're having cart or order issues, you really need help right away before an order ships or before an item sells out, for example. Waiting even a day is just too long, i wish they had live chat support. i love the products, but the cart is super buggy. Please fix it, because i love your store 🙏 😔

App is okay I've noticed that there are some things listed on japan haul that do not show up on this app. Dishes don't typically have if they are microwave or dishwasher safe listed on their page which annoys me as there has been a tea cup that said not to use hot liquids before so I dont trust it in the dishwasher. The categories can also be weird with some items not showing under their original categories if they are on sale and are only listed under the sale category. Also constantly crashes.

So far it's a good app, easier to read & understand than the website, but the touch navigation is far too sensitive. It's thinking I want to refresh the page instead of scroll back up, slide over to the left or right category instead of just my finger drifting slightly as I scroll & read around my finger. It's a bit tiresome to try and get back where I was without being sure how I got there. I do wish, & understand it may be coming in an update, that the wishlist & order history were there. 🙏
