The first time using it was easy. Walked in gas station, pulled up app, and a code was sent. The code was received by the clerk, and off I went to fill it up. You don't have to go back inside unless you want your printed receipt. Mudflap sent me a receipt and saw my instant savings.

I like the price using the Mudflap App, however, I don't like the $250 hold on my account everytime I use it. If I was to fill up more than once a day say twice that's $500 hold on my account (using my debit card) and then if I needed to use it again the next day that's another $250 hold. Personally I don't carry that much to be available on my account let alone it took 2 days for the $250 hold to come off my account. Very dissappointed

So far it is as advertised you make an account you have a credit card number do a search for truck stops and the prices select the one you want ask for a code they send you a code you give it to either the attendant or you punch in the code add a charger credit card to discounted rate I have used this only one time and it has worked saved $20
