Ratings and reviews

If you live in NA east coast, a VPN is pretty much needed to watch streams/vods. Impossible to watch 1080 or even 720p Chzzk without using one. Otherwise, the app works fine but it would be nice for vods you've been watching to resume where you've left off of instead of starting from the beginning every time. Also if you live outside of Korea, you have to upload personal information like your passport to chat in some streams which may be a turn-off for many people.

Almost managed to watch something for 3 seconds without buffering, amazing. At least the horrible category browsing isn't an issue when streams are unwatchable even on 360p.

As a google/android engineer. I would not give too much pushback since this is BETA ver. Give them more time and see how they are going forward, especially for outside of South Korean users. Most of the low stars are coming from outside korea. Which tells me they need to raise their CRM bar of global standards/usability. I would like to circle back a later and see how much it has been improved over the course (stream lag,large chat box,stream replay).You will earn my 5 star once it's improved :)
