I am very disappointed. For 9 hours trip (NIGHT trip) & an expensive ticket you get a bus with bad chairs! uncomfortable chairs, like very Inconfortable. I have done the same traject with another company (pammukale), it was 200 liras cheaper and the bus was very comfortable and they were serving hot tea and coffee with different options. Here you get ice tea and sweet drinks only. I am disappointed I thought that I would have a better experience if I pay more but unfortunately. Bad bus

I have ever seen bad company's such as you! I bought a ticket at 23rd of Aug Istanbul to Datca for 4 people, the company has not reliable to promise. The branch didn't wait us for services, I have to pay extra taxi money too! No TV, no Internet travelling almost 16 hours with my little children, with dangerous driving on motorway!! I complained them and no solution as well. If you want to become a poor with your money, use this company! I am not recommended this company any one any more!

the worst online system, I booked online from Marmaris to istanbul, when I arrived to Marmaris otogar they said you don't have a seat, will try to book for another time, I told them that's not fair, I booked and paid for this time now, and I had to wait 2 hours in the otogar, and even the trip that they booked for me was very bad and more time to arrive, they booked for me to izmir and then wait one hour then change to Istanbul, the worst experience ever, highly not recommended.
