The Lyft Direct Mastercard® debit card is issued by Stride Bank, N.A., member FDIC, pursuant to a license by Mastercard International.

Ride fare earnings will be sent after each ride. There may be instances where funding is delayed. Tips will be sent based on the Rider’s selection, which may take place up to 24 hours after the ride is completed.

Rewards categories and amounts subject to change without notice and vary based on Lyft Reward Tier. Cashback rewards are earned for select purchases using your debit card and become available for redemption as those purchases settle. For cashback on gas, only payments made at the pump are eligible.
Payment for gas made inside the gas station is not generally eligible for cashback. Gas merchant classification is subject to Mastercard rules.

Wellness Perks is powered by Avibra and subject to eligibility for active Lyft Direct users. To be considered active, you must have received a payout to your Lyft Direct card within the last 60 days. Wellness Perks are subject to change without notice; select services are limited by state residency.

Interest is offered only on funds in a Lyft Direct Savings Account. The annual percentage yield (APY) may change at any time without notice.

Balance Protection is only available to Lyft Direct debit card users with enabled instant payouts to the card after every trip. Eligible amount is dependent on the driver's Lyft Rewards tier. Ratings and reviews

I've been driving for barely a month and I have found the app user friendly. I'd been registered for a month and a halve but was afraid to get started knowing that I was going to pickup strangers and permit them in my car was a bit scary!! After reading all the driver material, it put me at ease to learn that the "help" button is at reach in case of anything. It's been a very smooth start getting the account as well as the debit card and being able to see your earnings in real time.

I'm very happy with the app and the ease of use. Update 4 17 24. The fingerprint scanner stopped working many months ago. There is no option for me to check the box. It is getting aggravating that I have to put in the code every time I want to open the app, which times out quickly. Face recognition feature would be a great benefit. Having to put in your code each time you want to access the app can create frustration and aggravation when you only have minutes between trips?

So far so good. App is easy to use. There's a little bit of a delay sometimes which I learned about when I called them. Cash back is super easy to use. I slid the bar to cash out and it was immediately in my account. Customer service has been helpful and friendly. The only thing I'd love is a partnership with zelle so I can pay my rent instead of having to move money around. Also it doesn't look like it pairs with plaid but I could be wrong.
