Love the idea of new rewards but terrible new app transition. Two of my nearest locations that were listed as transitioning to the new app and rewards aren't on it (yet). Payment platform is not user friendly. Ordered from the app but never showed as order was completed/picked up so rewards aren't showing yet. I know it's new but they gotta get it figured out soon.

not ready for use. can't order for pick up. rewards don't record when scanned at register. can only use at 3 DB locations, rest use old app. whoever designed doesn't understand the testing process. I'll just avoid the 3 stores this is supposed to work at. the folks at the Gaviiade store are super nice. though...they would get 5 stars.

This software is the worst I've ever come across. Nothing seems to work properly, I can't update anything. One example is my birthdate...it's listed as 12-8-2024...it should be 12-8-1949. I can't correct it. My points for purchases are not being updated, and I can't begin to edit my personal information at all. Dunn Brothers Coffee is excellent, but this software should be put through the grinder.
