The site is clearly set out and easy to manage. Always a great selection of items available to purchase. If substitutes have to be made as a result of an item not being available a similar one in a different brand is offered instead. I often get my shopping delivered also and the delivery personnel are always polite and friendly.

I started using home delivery during lock down, it was brilliant although sometimes I got annoyed with the app. When we were allowed to get out again, I changed to click and collect. I am delighted with all the work that has been done with the app now, which definitely makes shopping easy for a woman in her seventies. Thank you very much.

hasn't worked in months. Searching for items causes the error somethings not right. you also can't view club card offers as the same error appears. This has been happening for over a year.
