or out and about.
2. Order Ahead – Place your order through your phone and pay, choose your preferred
pick-up method, and let us know when you arrive.
3. Receive points – Receive points with every qualifying purchase by scanning your QR
code in the Chick-fil-A^® App, paying with your Chick-fil-A One digital gift card, or placing
mobile orders at participating Chick-fil-A^® restaurants.
4. Redeem rewards – Use your points to redeem available rewards of your choice,
including: free food rewards, birthday rewards, meal donations and more.
5. Personalized menu – We’ll remember what you like and – even better – how you like

New update is bad design, took a great user interface and made it more difficult to use. Instead of all the options being easy to see and select, you have to pick the right tab and scroll to find what you want. Also impossible to edit things after you add a meal to order but before checking out, can't change what drink you want for example. Should revert the design and functionality back to how it was previously.

I really want to love this app. It looks great and everything is organized however when I initially place a delivery (Deliver to me) order, submit the order, initially it goes through, however when I swipe up from the bottom to go to a different app or go to a different section in the app it kicks me out of the order completely even though the order was submitted already. I also get charged and it drops later that day. I have almost always resubmit my order. Please fix this!

I love this app. It's one of the best examples of a fast food app out there. It has plenty of customization options, always seems to work well, has a great rewards system, & app ordering allows you faster access to drive-thru. But could you PLEASE have it go to the full menu instead of Recent Orders?! I don't give a damn about my last orders, I don't always get the same thing! I want to see the full menu by DEFAULT!
