Chick-fil-A One^® Members can receive points with qualifying purchases, redeem
available rewards of your choice and reach new tiers with increasing benefits.
1. Find restaurants - Find Chick-fil-A^® restaurants near you while searching from home
or out and about.
2. Order Ahead – Place your order through your phone and pay, choose your preferred
pick-up method, and let us know when you arrive.
3. Receive points – Receive points with every qualifying purchase by scanning your QR
code in the Chick-fil-A^® App, paying with your Chick-fil-A One digital gift card, or placing
mobile orders at participating Chick-fil-A^® restaurants.
4. Redeem rewards – Use your points to redeem available rewards of your choice,
including: free food rewards, birthday rewards, meal donations and more.
5. Personalized menu – We’ll remember what you like and – even better – how you like
it.

Note on Location Services: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. We ask permission to use GPS only to support local offers and promotions, restaurant location finder, and mobile ordering check-in.

can't order ahead until you're near the store so there's no point to ordering ahead. app requires more personal info to place an order than filing my taxes does. A few things this app wants: name, email address, phone number, vehicle make, model, and color. location services on at all times while using the app and while approaching a chik fil a store. sounds like flock security got into the restaurant business. and after all that, still had to wait just as long for my food at the counter.

It's a shell of its once former self. The app doesn't allow for customizations anymore (no salt on fries, no cheese on breakfast items, etc.). It also doesn't let you complete an order as it has a bug and continues to bring up the menu instead of your cart. 0.5-5 stars Update* Just needed to uninstall & reinstall. Still no customization options 3-5.

the app itself is good - high quality, rarely have problems. but a few edge cases that are very annoying. first is the need to mark I'm here to get order made. I order food when I want it to start being prepared. but they only will make it if you press ANOTHER button. no other app does this and it means I typically wait another 10 minutes once I get there for my food. I see no reason for this. just start making the food when I order it. second it still offers me to order from closed locations
