Chick-fil-A One^® Members can receive points with qualifying purchases, redeem
available rewards of your choice and reach new tiers with increasing benefits.
1. Find restaurants - Find Chick-fil-A^® restaurants near you while searching from home
or out and about.
2. Order Ahead – Place your order through your phone and pay, choose your preferred
pick-up method, and let us know when you arrive.
3. Receive points – Receive points with every qualifying purchase by scanning your QR
code in the Chick-fil-A^® App, paying with your Chick-fil-A One digital gift card, or placing
mobile orders at participating Chick-fil-A^® restaurants.
4. Redeem rewards – Use your points to redeem available rewards of your choice,
including: free food rewards, birthday rewards, meal donations and more.
5. Personalized menu – We’ll remember what you like and – even better – how you like
it.

The drive through is the way to go. With multiple lines for either using app or just to place order There are also parking spots delegated for the employees to bring your online order out. The reward app not only allows you to place your order, it also allows you to check in when you are there in a parking space for pick up. The app also allows customers to collect points for every dollar they spend that go towards more items. The app also lets you know when there is a special going on. L❤VE !

I like Chick-Fil-A but honestly there is almost no point in ordering ahead of time, not indicating that you are at the restaurant regardless of how far ahead of time you arrive, it will NEVER be ready when you get there. I know this because ive done it dozens of times. The only thing the app does is let you skip actually standing in a line. Edit: The response by the company confirms exactly what I said, which is there is no point in ordering ahead of time, thus the app is of limited use.

app is ok. wasn't as smooth as other food apps. multiples of items in your cart only show as 1 item. order 5 hash browns cart shows 1 in cart. have to open cart and count to verify qty. also on all orders especially large order there should be a scheduled pick up time. a meal for 12 people doesn't get started until you scan the qr code at the restaurant if you could schedule pick up time restaurant could plan for it better and pick up person doesn't have to wait 20+ minutes for the order.
