Ratings and reviews

The app is unreliable and has been ever since they redesigned it a couple of years ago. 9 out of 10 times, when I open it, the app feels to load my account and acts as if it's signed out. Then sometimes about a minute or two later it'll log itself in. This is inconvenient when I'm in line trying to load it in order to scan my rewards more often it just never loads or signs in. It gives me errors saying it had problems fetching my data. So today, I cannot cash in on the double points offer.

It is a bare bones-nothing special rewards program. No sign-up bonus or anything. Ocassional $7 deals are good. App will not let you use 2 payment methods when you order, meaning your remaining gift card balance can't be used alongside your debit. This was so frustrating for me and I ended up placing two orders instead of one and could not give a tip or else I would have an "insufficient balance" (such bs)

UI/UX leaves much to be desired. I had 2 coupons, and when trying to add the 2nd one it said I could only have 1 coupon. Ok, no prob, but if that's the case I'd rather use my 2nd coupon then because it expires first. But oh wait, there's no option to see/modify/remove your coupons - it just says "discount" near the total price. Missed quite a few edge cases here.
