The app is great for easily creating an order and purchasing ahead of time without the hassle of waiting in line. However, the apps intended purpose of ordering food is a failure if you cannot verify the order in store for pickup if the employees fail to assemble an order. Maybe Chipotle should think about making it just as easy to assemble the food as it is to order. Additionally, ordering ahead of time with the scheduled pickup time is great but not if the food is assembled prior and is cold by the time it's opened for consumption.

BOOM YOU ARE SET TO GO. Can't believe Chipotle didn't suggest this to so many pissed of users like myself for last 3 weeks smh. You are welcome. Like this so everyone with issue can fix it.
Just wanted to order one burrito and one burrito bowl. Took me about 30 minutes to actually put the order together on the app due to it crashing or just not working. Pushed submit, nothing. Pushed submit again, nothing. Couldn't figure out if it had actually placed an order or not. Trying to view recent orders crashes the app every time. Well done, Chipotle. This might be the buggiest app from a big company I've ever used.
As of today Nov 18, 17. It's 2 stars. The new updated version keep crashing when I try to view past orders and when I make a new order and add it to my cart, the cart remains empty no matter what I attempt to do to view it. I'll gladly give this app it's usual 5 stars once this is fixed.
No rewards program integration! I can not simply order and pay in the app, the rewards program is not integrated so I have to ask the worker at the checkout to manually intervene and apply my rewards number to the order. Come on Chipotle! How can you offer mobile order and pay without built in integration of rewards? It's standard for Qdoba, Smash Burger, Buffalo Wild Wings, and several other apps I use regularly.
"We're sorry something went wrong"… it sure did. This app worked one time for me and never again. I have a very new phone on an Android OS, and I assumed it would work. Silly me. I guess I will need to find the uninstall button. Oh well.
