Every, and I do mean EVERY, BTC purchase I have made using this app has come up short. Ex - I just purchased $310 of BTC, was charged $322 after fees, but only $303 plus change made it to my wallet...and I have close to a dozen or so other purchases with the exact same flaw. You acknowledge on the receipt I BOUGHT $310, so why doesn't $310 show up in my wallet?!?! Am close to irate and closing my account if not compensated SOMEHOW...

WORST Crypto App BAR NONE! Literally insane. To begin, from what I can see the app only offers about 20 different cryptocurrencies + bitcoin. Second, from what I experienced, any crypto below 1 USD per share you cant even buy. I was verfied, so its unclear to me why Im forced to purchase crypto at $30 + if its below $1 per share! If Id never invested, I would think this ridiculous business practice is acceptable. It deters new business. Im unlikely to invest high amounts in every crypto.

Ok so I've been allowed to deposit Bitcoin to this wallet not once but TWICE and did all the verifications it's asked of me and yet every single time I try to swap the Bitcoin for another asset or simply try to withdraw MY Bitcoin that I just deposited it keeps saying something went wrong please try again later are you serious right now? I've tried probably ten times it's ridiculous and it's most certainly not an issue on my end!
