After I installed the latest app version (6.3.20) on my phone, I was not able to login anymore. It took almost a month of slow communication with whom ever is responding through the email CRC@.... To find out that my phone's android version is not compatible with the updated App. I have purchased a new phone and re-installed the App once more. However, I need to reactivate the App. I live in Chicago now. I tried to contact the customer service vis email, phone and Whatsup. No response so ever.

An application that does not respect standards... nor customers... For a week now I have been trying to access the application, the same problems... It crashes, doesn't work, doesn't open, doesn't respond... I called them several times with no single help ... The employees are irresponsible and did not find me any solution... I am now thinking of changing the bank to a better bank

Everytime when i want to open this app with a new version I have difficulty logging in it always makes me angry You do all the information correctly in the end, when you finish it gives you a message something wrong try again later...😒
