Ratings and reviews

Wanted to try it out but couldn't do it for free. The registration page, not accessible through the app but directly from the web, requires payment. Where's the free trial? All the Enterprise talk in their material should have been an indicator, anyways, so why am I even complaining here...?

The price to pay is sufficient to drop 2 stars from an anotherwise excellent and secure communication platform. Too expensive given that there are free apps like Signal that provide most of the features of Silent Phone as well as commercial ones, like Threema, BBMe, Wickr and Wire that do so at a fraction of the price.

Works very well. However, like all other encryption apps, you need to convince family and friends to use it. I do appreciate the encrypted calling or use the silent phone for a second line feature. The security is worth the price.
