Ratings and reviews

Perhaps a nice idea, but it has not worked with me in last 1 month. I play tennis, found multiple activities near me, requested and sometimes even got accepted. However, people change venues, never respond requests, or simply not show up as if they have offline settlement. i believe, this app is works better for team sports not individual ones.

There is lot of glitch. Have to refresh multiple times. The notification is not accurate. I have to check personally everytime . There is no option to cancel a rescheduled booking. I don't know why , some amount can be deducted and then cancelling should be allowed. The rules were more customer friendly earlier than now .

Excellent in terms of being the first mover but a lot is to desired to make this a better place for making hosts life easier. Sent detailed mail many times, since many years, but the changes are painfully slow. Many of the functions are technically right but from a user point of view, it is not useful. Flawed rating, unreliable search, poor amount splitting option, unreliable notification, the list goes on. For 1 hour on court, I lose 1 hour on the app to manage the players.
