Waste of money. Worked twice and then stopped. That's hardware. And as for garbage software people can see other reviews. Incompetent sw team has hardcoded supported phone models. Android APIs are designed for even kids to able to write code for applications that can be phone independent and work for many Android versions. This app is nothing more than bringing data from sensor over usb and processing that data. Most of Android internals are abstracted for it. The rest of the app is sending commands to sensor over the same usb interface. At any given day, simplest features based on command and fetch should always be working for pretty much all decent phones. No matter which Android version

Update 9/16/20: They finally removed location as a required permission. Only thing required is storage now (at least for me), which is fine since they need to save pictures. Only been a few years that we've been asking for this. Thanks for FINALLY doing it. Once I use it a bit, I may raise my rating. Just tinkered enough to prove that location isn't required any more.

Pictures are grainy. The screen has areas of missing information. Even if you change the palleti it reverts back to iron. Can't get thermal to line up. From what I can determine that the resolution doesn't live up to the specs listed. Infraspect level 1 thermographer here. Seek seems to be seeking.. but not finding. Going back to Flir or Hikmicro. I really want my money back cuz this camera sucks bad!
