How it works:

• Tell us where you want to get the car and choose a good time to meet.
• Kyte Surfers can deliver your vehicle and pick it up when you’re done. If it’s more convenient, you can pick it up yourself at one of our lots.
• If you choose delivery, a Kyte Surfer will pick up the car at the return address you selected. Otherwise, you can return the car to one of our lots.

Very negative! Very negative: 1) I had trouble creating an account as a new user Very negative! I had difficulty setting up an account as a first time user while I set up a reservation in DC following the website's instructions. The app somehow switched my reservation to Weehawken, N. J. When I contacted customer service for assistance, I was redirected to the website to cancel. At this time I do not see a trip at all. I did find that my credit card was charged for the full rental amount. HELP!

App is a little buggy. Said they would provide live updates of pickup/delivery driver but didn't. Also be aware that there is no EZ pass and you'll be charged for tolls, which I wish had been made clear beforehand. The drivers take pictures of the car before and after to make sure there's no damage, and both of mine showed up early. Convenient, just wish the app worked better and there was more transparency about what's included vs not with the service

Car was not delivered at the time it was promised. When I called they said they could get the car to me 3 hours later. That's not helpful. Got $25 in credit as compensation. Hardly worth it given the inconvenience. Will never use Kyte again. Edit: To add further insult they charged me a rebooking fee because I picked up the car myself. Unbelievable.
