Ratings and reviews

I've had a few complaints, but they were quick to address and fix. They provide good tools to build a website, I'd recommend them for that. I was charged for the premium account I had cancelled. A day after I sent them a message, they issued a refund. I'm grateful for them doing the right thing. The refund may take up to 20 business days, I'm not too thrilled about thay, but understand this is because of the banks and not wix. I'll resume my premium plan in the future when the time is right.

Hate to say it, but every update makes this app run slower and slower. It takes up to 5 minutes to load and then when I click on the widget I need to open (payments, messages, calendar and so on) it takes even longer just to open. I've used this app for several years and it never improves. This last update, I can't even see how many times a visitor has been on the site now. That was actually good information to have and now it's gone. UPDATE: After latest update, the app doesn't even open!

I absolutely love the ease of use and the statistics readily available on this app. I can do some modifications on my website, even without a computer. The POS process is very easy to use, as well, without having to have another piece of equipment to lug around, when ringing people up.
