Ratings and reviews

The app was messed up a few months ago and after they fixed it there was still a problem for at least 2 weeks that activated coupons were not redeemed when you made a purchase. Technical errors can occur and I understand, but this company as a matter of principle simply ignores emails. A truly bad user experience.

It keeps making internal errors when I try to use my points. The error happens randomly, so I cannot predict if I will succeed using my points or not everytime I try to use the point! And it keeps making small errors that even they themselves cannot explain.

Love the app it's alot easy to use and over the Easter holiday that I been having problems with the app like technical problems like I am losing app like I can't go on the site
