Ratings and reviews

I would appreciate if the notices were able to be translated. Right now they can not be copy/pasted into a translation app, making adaptations to expected travel routes difficult to navigate. Pictures and consistent naming in "Ersatzverkehr" would also be appreciated. Use pictures and maps when possible!

Fix your app. I've paid every month for a subscription and randomly, without telling me, it stopped renewing. I try to renew and it just says error. Good one guys. I'm wondering if I should even bother emailing, since I'll get no response or someone telling me I should subscribe twice and wait for a refund lol. It's especially helpful that this happened at the start of the month.

Useless - registered, uploaded payment method, and when the time to buy came - boom - error, contact customer service. CS at the main train station was not interested in fixing the error, but very happy to sell me the plastic card. The app might be good to understand how the zones are working. Google maps is a lot easier to use for trips.
