App is somewhat in a glitch. Everytine I click log in it takes me to the browser and before it loads, it tells me the app isnt working and i can either close it or wait. I've tried updating it, I've tried restarting it. I've even tried deleting and redownloading it. Nothing works. This sucks, this app could help me a lot. I'm new to wic and unfamiliar with how to use it for my twins. I hope they fix it soon but I doubt it.

The scanner on the app hardly works. You have to keep reopening the scanner with it already pointing at the bar codes any other way does not work-I spend a lot of time going back & reopening the scanner. However recently this app has stopped working!! Says "unable to connect servers, try again later" has been going on for over a wk! Try reinstalling it & it didn't work! I'm not the only one getting this message. Going to contact my WIC branch to see if there's anything they can do. Super frustrating it hasn't been fixed yet!!!

This used to be a great app, but recently, it stopped working as an app and now when I try to log in to see my benefits /appointments, I can't because it shuts the app down and opens up the internet browser. I've logged in via that but it doesn't show me what I need to see. Kinda of very disappointing. Not sure what they did with the last few updates but it definitely doesn't work anymore.
