About this app

Welcome to myHealthButton – a free app offered by the State of Michigan, Department of Health and Human Services in connection with our partner CNSI. The app will provide coverage information for Michigan Medicaid, Children’s Special Health Care Services (CSHCS) and MIChild instantly and safely. You can get reminders, notifications, and search for doctors near you.
If you are a currently enrolled Medicaid member, you can log in and view your benefits. If you are a guardian, you can view your dependent’s information as well!

This is the most stupid app I've ever used. It doesn't even work properly. How are we supposed to access our information or fill out assessments when it doesn't even allow you to? It keeps logging out when I select the search button, it doesn't allow me to scroll the page when I have to click submit or answer a question and it the bottom of the screen is blocking it. I'm better off just going on my insurance plan's website. This app sucks

in order to register you have to use ID verification however the app doesn't give you the option or request permission for camera access which starts an entire loop of restarting the registration process. The permissions requested need to be updated so users can actually register!!

Can't even sign up/log in. Not on the web, not on the app. The app itself might also be, and likely is garbage, but I wouldn't know. However, I can log into MI Bridges just fine.
