The best part about the tips provided by the instructor works because it makes fitness a secondary habit instead of a schedule. So without knowing you will automatically do the needful healthy things. Also, there is more focus on how to eat, how much to eat, when to eat rather than what to eat. And the best part about their psychology based approach is that it is sustainable.

I got to know about health tick through a friend. I witnessed the weight loss journey following simple ways so enrolled myself.
