There were WAY too many pushes to buy various products and programs. The first time I started the program, I realized I didn't even end up with the program I really wanted. I had a yoga program instead. the yoga program was too short a time on each exercise, and too fast in between exercises. you had to stand up and get down on the ground multiple times during the 7 minute session... not well planned out. I have other programs already with better sessions than this. Don't waste your money.

I was having technical issues where there would either be no sound or the sound would break up so I couldn't follow along. The support team did try to help but after uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times and recording the problem for them multiple times, it was still an issue so I canceled. I don't need to be aggravated when I'm trying to relax

I should have read reviews, shame on me. Food tracking-not user friendly. AI feature adds details of the whole container w/ zero option to edit how much you actually consumed. Can't look up foods, only their meals. "Hard boiled egg" pulls up salads. Each detail (calories, carbs, protein, fiber) has to be typed in. If I knew that information off the top of my head I wouldn't need an app to track my food. I requested a cancellation w/in hrs, zero refund + run around. Not impressed.
