The devs really shot themselves in the foot with this newest update. They made it impossible to clock in or out unless you're in "the right location", which isn't even appropriate behavior anyway, but they also broke GPS detection in the process, making it ALWAYS impossible to clock in or out. Nonfunctional app.

I have used Spectrum, Shepherds, axis care, access care, alayacare, and other evv solutions before trying Ankota. I can say this is the best app and platform for in-home care and CDS agencies in MO. So many features. I just call when I need anything and they are ready to help always. There are so many other great things I can add...But what I like the most is the fact that I am paying less than I ever did. 😀

Watch out this app has been screwing me out of hours worked. It freezes up and always says I'm not online when I am. It won't let me clock in or out half the time. I don't know how to fix it
