RUV plays Icelandic tv and radio channels from The Icelandic National Broadcasting Service. There are featured tv and radio panels, search and schedule.
All the tv shows are in Icelandic or have Icelandic subtitles. The radio is in Icelandic also. Many of the tv shows are restricted and thus, can not be watched outside of Iceland.

Ratings and reviews

This app desperately needs a "pop out" option when watching videos and live feeds. It's common practice now and critical when multitasking on the phone. Also, it's irritating to have to exit the live stream and enter again to get the "live" experience when the stream lags for a bit or you accidentally pause it. There needs to be a "live" button in the video UI for situations like that. On a more positive note, I appreciate the favorite/watchlist option!

Great content, however the last 3 shows or film's I tried to watch don't play 100 percent, you have to skip the broken part then work out what you missed. Sack your lazy technical team responsible for uploading and steaming, this doesn't happen on any other streaming app. Please fix for a five star rating.

Sir/Madam! The English language podcast channel is both entertaining and informative to listners. At the same time, it would be immensely helpful for foreign viewers like us, if you could kindly consider "telecasting" Live News in English language from your esteemed channel. With warm regards.
