I love Nine West shoes but gave it 1 star because it's impossible to use the app due to it being in the Turkish language. If I went on the website, it's in English. However, it's an inconvenience to be forced to go to the website when there's an app. In addition, there's no emergency to correct the issue. The language issue has been brought to someone attention because of the review posted in October 2023. It's now February 2024, and the issue is still there.

No idea what language this is in but never saw an option for either English or 日本語 which are the only two languages on my phone. Maybe expand the initially visible "About this app" section so that it includes more than the only English sentence in the entire description. Feel like I've been deceived for a download tally.

I was excited to know there's a Nine West app but that quickly turned to disgust because the app is in a foreign language only. Hold on while I go learn the language, whichever language it is, then and only then will I be able to finally use the app. 🤔
