Traveler Alert: I strongly advise against using BiTaksi for airport pickups. Not only are the fares nearly 2x higher than official yellow taxis, but the logistics are a hassle; the driver asked me to walk to remote areas to evade police enforcement. My experience included unsafe driving and a toll-pricing scam where he tried charging double the toll rate. Additionally, the driver coerced a five-star rating before I left. Stick to the yellow cabs.

Firstly, crazy expensive. $45usa for a 45 minute ride. Secondly, even though connected to wifi, payment was not going through. Notified on my phone there was some problem? After a few minutes taxi driver started to become impatient so we gave him cash. 1 minute later (taxi gone) payment went through. Lost so much money. If you don't mind the price be safe and choose pay with cash option. Be sure you bring enough because prices can fluctuate higher

Ripoff,been waiting for a driver for 30 mins when I cancelled got charged the whole amount and not the cancellation fee only . I called customer support they said they dont speak English and they will call me back to have someone talk to me in English and they never did. In addition, they don't have enough coverage, meaning if you open the app in many areas you will not see yellow cab available. If there's less than one star I give due to the customer service received from them.Very disappointed
